Shipping policy
Important: Customs Duties, Taxes, and Fees
The total amount of your order does not include the following charges. These must be paid directly to the carrier or customs office in your country when the package arrives:
• Customs Duties
• Import Taxes
• Consumption Taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, Sales Tax)
• Other local handling fees
These charges vary depending on your country or region. We are unable to provide specific estimates. To avoid unexpected costs, please check with your local customs or tax authorities before placing an order.
We are legally required to declare the actual value of the item on customs documents and cannot mark items as a “gift” or declare a lower value.
Please note that we cannot refund customs duties, taxes, or handling fees.
Important: If You Do Not Receive Your Package
Refusing delivery due to customs duties or taxes is not permitted. If you refuse to receive your package, the following will apply:
• If the package is returned to us
A refund will be issued for the item price minus:
- Both outbound and return shipping costs
- Any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged to us as a result of the refusal
• If the package is abandoned
If the package is abandoned by customs or the carrier (e.g., due to unpaid duties or taxes), no refund will be issued.
Shipping Origin
All items are shipped from Japan.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are included in the item price. However, if your address is designated as a remote area by the shipping company, an additional shipping fee will be charged.
Shipping Method
The shipping method is determined by us and cannot be selected by the customer.
All shipments include a tracking number.
Processing Time
Orders are shipped within 3 business days.
(We operate on Japan Standard Time. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Japanese national holidays. Delays may also occur due to natural disasters or other unavoidable reasons.)
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes about 7–14 days from the shipping date.
Please note that this is only an estimate. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events. We are not responsible for delivery delays.
Damage During Shipping
We take great care in packaging to prevent damage. However, minor dents or scratches on the outer box may occur during international shipping.
Please note that we cannot accept claims for such minor external damage if it does not affect the functionality of the product.
