All items sold in our store are pre-owned (used) cameras and lenses unless otherwise stated.
Each item is inspected before shipping.

Our return policy lasts 30 days after delivery. Please check your item as soon as you receive it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will review the issue and take the appropriate action.

Conditions for Returns

• A return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• The item must be in the same condition as when received (items with customer-caused damage or missing parts are not eligible)
• The item must be returned following the instructions and method specified by us
• The item must be securely packed for return shipping
• The item must not fall under the category of non-returnable items

Non-returnable items include

• Items returned without prior approval
• Items damaged due to misuse by the customer
• Items returned with missing parts or accessories

Return Shipping Costs

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover the return shipping costs
Customer reasons (e.g., mistaken order, compatibility issues, change of mind, etc.): The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees cannot be refunded by us.
If you have already paid such charges, you may be able to request a refund directly from your local customs authorities. Please contact your country’s customs office for more details.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days from the approval date.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at bluebirdjapan2024@gmail.com.

Return Process

1) Customer → Submit a return request to us
2) Our shop → Confirm the details and provide instructions if the return is accepted
3) Customer → Ship the item back (please provide us with the tracking number)
4) Our shop → Receive and inspect the item
5) Our shop → Process the refund

Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted for a refund.

Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped to our business address in Japan.
The full return address will be provided after the return request is approved.
